If you were to alert someone with any enforcement power in the US government about KF they'd lose their minds and shut it down ASAP. The feds know about him. During #dropkiwifarms a former high-ranking FBI guy when on MSNBC to whine about Kiwi Farms. And Isabella Janke's father too is a fed. A lot of mystery surrounds just why they backed off. Considering the decline of KF after #dropkiwifarms, it is possible they let him keep his site in exchange for making it yet another space online to spread demoralization and shill narratives. Think 4chan's /pol/ and /r9k/, which we now know Epstein ordered moot reopen as a psyop. Notice how 2023 onward A&H became even more of a ragebait zone than ever before while a bunch of new accounts showed up to do low IQ Trump and Israel shilling? I believe the feds have serious leverage on Null not only because they could drag him through the courts for harassment, copyright violations/piracy, and hosting cyber criminals (they might not win, but they could temporarily take KF offline and make Null spend many months in court), but also because Null's tax situation is likely illegal.

Free speech advocates used to love Kiwi Farms, or at the very least support them. Null used to be one too. But like everything else, Null burnt his bridges with them and now screams to censorship harmless shit like Pragmata because he gets the ick from it. Sometimes it was over the stupidest shit, like Null got upset the Electronic Frontier Foundation wrote an article criticizing his site in 2022 even as the article acknowledged his situation with Cloudflare and criticized them for taking it down without a court order. He wants people to worship the ground he walks on as the man saving free speech online, even as he condems free speech absolutists (the only people who would defend Kiwi Farms) as pedophiles (which remember in Null's mind mean people who should be shot and killed).

Is merely having a thread cataloguing your every tweet harassment? Some would say yes. Or does the harassment come from using the forum as a base of operations to then go harass the guy on X or leave negative reviews on his books or whatever. Does it come from thousands of people telling him he grinds up kids into pepperoni in his basement or whatever the joke is? Does the harassment come from someone like Moon, Kino Casino, or Metokur talking about him on a stream to thousands of people? Probably. They're definitely making money off of him. It might be funny to you or me to say he grinds kids up into pepperoni as a joke. But I'm sure to him, he feels quite different and feels harassed by thousands of people telling him that. Now you might say,

Sure, some are. And then some of them retreat to DM chains or private Discords, to "cowtip" and mess with him IRL. And some swat. You could even argue that even having a thread on someone on KF, is an implicit greenlight that that person is a fair target and deserves being messed with. I know people have done stuff like take chairs out of his yard. Or set up fake seller listings on sites telling people his chairs are free if you come pick them up. And then people have stolen his chairs. That's definitely harassment. But I'm not much of a Patrick Tomlinson person who follows everything. Somebody else with more knowledge about the man can chime in and tell us how much he's harassed. Moon covers his ass by having one or two rules like "Don't do gayops on site."
