If you look, the "newspaper" is a "cut up" of other bits of newspapers. A newspaper running from the 20s, even in shithole ex commie block-land, would be above 80s punk-zine quality. Just because the newspaper is in a certain language, doesn't mean he's in that country.

That's just the translation app Constant is using that is making it look like that because it's translating the text it's identifying on the image. The newspaper itself looks completely ordinary.
