Everyone acts dumb sometimes, but the difference between a normal person and a lolcow is that they do and say dumb stuff constantly.
They never learn or change, either through being a genuine idiot or some form of mental illness, and they never have any self awareness.

To be fair being called a lolcow by this site is pretty fucking meaningless. I mean Denmark is considered a lolcow here.

I am trying to come up with a precise definition of a lolcow because this term is being overused on KF.
A lolcow is someone who is unintentionally funny. That is it, It’s not complicated or worth any thought.
That definition excludes >90% of alledged 'lolcows' on KF.
Can we make a rule that anything @Kengle considers a lolcow is automatically not a lolcow? (ie, Mainstream Celebrity’s, African Dictators, Countries)

It's less trolling and more violent hatred. India and Pakistan have been at each other's throats for the past 74 years, vying for complete control over Kashmir. The online slapfights are absolutely hilarious to watch from a distance though, and are absolutely worthy of a subforum.
Pretty much anyone who continually does something repeatedly with a consistently negative outcome, to which you can say "Oh boy, there they go again ?". Its become a broad term that's been stretched to cover everything from very stupid delusional narcissists to pedophiliac predators.
