United States Internet Preservation Society (USIPS) is a not-for-profit organization founded by Joshua Moon, Kevin Crawley and Matthew Hardin, that claims to fight for:

1. Consumer privacy
2. Creativity and expression
3. Fair access to financial services
4. Impartial internet service

And while, in my opinion, this is something worth fighting for, Null is simply a person who you can't trust. I made this thread to document and archive organization's actions.
The attached PDF is a copy of tax exemption confirmation letter, that I took from official IRS website. As of writing of this thread the company has existed for over six months. It means they must have filed at least one copy of return (990). It will become public after ~2 years.
