Davis United School District, Davis, CA. A parent emailed the school district regarding a lesson on gender identity and the principal responds by informing her there are 13 gender identities. If this isn't mass confusion I don't know what is.

The stripes on the American flag represent the 13 made up genders and the stars represent their suicide rate is the new black population/homicide rate it seems.
