That's Mika Pikaso. Shes super famous in Japan as an illustrator and a character designer.
See this is why I like you always end up learning something new because I don't normally follow these trends.

No problem. You should also check out LAM. They're another illustrator who has done much of the same kind of stuff Mika did. Her style is pretty different though.
