I've seen this too. Guy went out of his way to point out all the different ways YouTubers do product placement across a bunch of videos, trying to get his audience to trust him or whatever, while shilling lightly for this and that odd product. Then he got a deal for something huge, it became the center of most of his videos. Then came the shilling for some of the accessories (different sponsors), while he'd barely say a word about others. Then came the EcoFlow shilling, he even did a dedicated video on their overpriced shit. Along with that came increasingly clickbaity videos, and the dude bragging about how he's tricking the haters into manipulating the algorithm for him.

Then he started shilling real hard for Aura, and the last time I watched a video of his, he had apparently gotten himself entangled with the Canadian border cops in a really stupid way.
