United States News and Drama Pedophile in Prison Sues Mustard Company for $450,000 for False Labeling

A jailed pedophile has sued a mustard company for $450,000 in damages after claiming that they've misled 'customers' with their packaging. David Lettieri, 36, who is currently behind bars in Ohio for enticing a minor, launched the legal battle against 'Salad Fresh Four-in-One Mustard' for allegedly keeping crucial information from its consumers. According to the registered sex offender, who is suing the company from prison, the lack of nutritional facts on the package is misleading.

The packet of mustard lists the ingredients 'distilled vinegar, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika, spices and flavoring. But Lettieri believes that mustard seeds have 'a type of carbohydrate that has calories in it,' which have not been listed. In the lawsuit, which he filed by himself with no attorney, Lettieri said: 'The plaintiff knows salt is in sodium which has nutrition facts for a proper diet.' It states that he 'doesn't know what turmeric is...what spies are in the package...what flavoring is in the package.' Since being incarcerated in different jails, he's been 'unable to reseach such matters.' [sic]

He said: 'Because of no nutrition facts being placed on the package a form of neglected was toward the custumers.' [sic]

His legal docket is littered with spelling errors.
