Not only am I not Chase, but I've spent a significant part of my life living in Asia and I know the cultural context of this stuff from that side. So I'm not entirely sure I agree and I'm not entirely sure that I don't. The problem is that you're taking a cultural artifact from a completely different part of the world and judging it by your culture's standards. I think there are people who can understand it for what it actually is supposed to be. But I'm not sure that's most people here. I think Kirsche is a person who gets it.
