I have my own criticisms towards Chris Hansen but to his credit he did what Alex Rosen and Jideon failed to do, which is Chris Hansen working close with law enforcement and getting EDP445 to give a confession that can be used against him in a court of law.

The only reason why EDP445 got away it back then was because retards like Alex Rosen and Jideon at the time were far more concerned with clout chasing than doing the right thing (it's why even Chris Hansen himself called out the Predator Hunter community where he called them clowns for not following proper police protocol and why the predators they catch often get away due to their screw ups).

Better late than never but the only reason why EDP445 has been arrested is because he was dumb enough to speak in that documentary where he openly admitted his attraction to children and he didn't denied his crimes and he had no remorse for what he did (which was enough for prosecutors in California to see that as a confession and was finally able to charge him because EDP445 did the hard work for law enforcement in that documentary).

EDP445 basically did what ever retarded rapper and every retarded hip-hop artist does where like how a rapper confesses their crimes in the form of a rap song or a music video only to get arrested the day after, EDP445 confessing his crimes on camera is what did him in.

I guess the lesson here is that if you're going to commit a crime then shut the fuck up. But we should thank God that criminals like EDP445 are too fucking retarded to stay silent about their crimes anyway.
Both Jideon and Skeeter Jean need to go to jail for using actual minors in their "sting operations."

Fail doxer Jack/Anne Fappaway fan has an account on Commie Farms (supposedly) using Dani's mugshot. Ash keeps posting his arrest stuff... seems that Dani got what they wanted... Internet Fame on Commie Farms...

the guy changed his profile though

Null appointed a newfag as a janny
The account is a Poo & Onery... does this mean that joshy allows pay for broom?
He's now being accused of raping his mom
Didn't joshy want to schtup zher mum? Sounds like projectioning to protect the head broom....
why would that justify mass flagging his Twitter account
It wouldn't. It's just kwiffar are gonna kwiffar...
you mean this guy?
Yep, that's Jack (etc), confirmed by his interactions with Ash... which he was really down on, when he was a fail doxer janny here.

The cog dis of Ash...
"I think you ought to whine more about it despite being male (the demographic that murders my gender astronomically more than vice versa, including transwomen) and extreme rightwing white nationalist (the demographic that stages mass, horrific acts of violence most in this country). Your position as victim is kind of comical when anyone on earth can see you acting like a frothing, angry, mentally ill racist crank who has an eternal ax to grind with me isn't it? That's probably what you'd realize if you had any sense of masculinity or shame. Or friends or loved ones to rein you in."
Ash forgets her fave people (sun men) are most likely to kill women... also... she might want to look into the stats on lesbian domestic violence (women are more violent than men).

"Your ancestors are some real pussies who didn't teach you to be a man. Talk shit get hit, those are the rules. Actually the first rule from your generation is don't start shit with women, but since you're a creepy little nullo nobody likes you think you're exempt from the rules. Like your hero Donny diddy you're a little mincing closet case who delights in skirting accountability or acting like a man, rendering everything you say or think immediately recognizable as childish, untruthful and pathetic. Why you'll also never win another election"

Ash there, says that she deserves to be KTFO

"Anakin was a pussy and couldn't even bring balance to the force and sucked balls after a lifetime of training. Rey could whoop his ass, she was the one who also REALLY brought balance to the force without even trying, that's the real icon"

Um.... maybe.... don't focus on online memes.... get out into your comm... oh yeah... they are all basement dwelling shut ins... like Ash... Plus Wired needs to be corrected: Fascism is LEFT WING.

I don't know what Lawgiver did other then being slightly spergy. He's now being accused of raping his mom abd everything he posted gets misconstrued. Coincidentally enough dcss also seems to enjoy bullying the guy.
If only he joined in 2026 from a low IQ drama slop channel and did nothing but spam JEET JEET JEET POST HAND SHITSKIN JEET JEET JEET then josh might have liked him.

I've talked to him before about cartoons. He is more literate than most users there now

Maybe there’s a reason why the blue tsunami happened. Also, it’s very ironic that they support the government when it involves red states but never blue states. I bet half of those people arrested never harmed real kids. However, in the past someone got arrested under that Texas bill just for going on official sites like Crunchyroll. So these bills already don’t work at catching real criminals. But I guess people have to protect cartoon characters.

Kiwi Farms gets so excited over seeing Null's personal enemy prosecuted that they fail to even read the article.

There's a pretty good chance the cartoon porn charges for the cases in Texas and Idaho to be thrown out and it's because of the Supreme Court's Ashcroft precedent.

Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition (2002) is still standing Supreme Court precedent where back in 2002, SCOTUS reviewed the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 where this federal law was meant to criminalize CSAM on the Internet but this law also broadly covered virtual deceptions and fictional depictions of minors in compromising positions.

When this case made it to SCOTUS, the federal government tried to argue at the time that the law was needed because they've argued that fictional depictions of this could lead to real world harm and the Free Speech Coalition argued that the law is so broad that it could also criminalize even legitimate works in media and artistic merit (like the Romeo and Juliet film from 1996, American Beauty, and Stanley Kubrick's Lolita). The Supreme Court actually agreed with the Free Speech Coalition and struck down the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 for being too broad.

SCOTUS wrote the opinion that while the government does have a right to protect minors from harm (such as protecting real kids from being featured in porn), they did not agreed with the federal government in trying to ban fictional deceptions of this because they've noted these themes with no actual minors involved are so common in Western media that banning this would be unconstitutional.

And yes, Clarence Thomas (that same Clarence Thomas, the black guy) was one of the judges that agreed with the Free Speech Coalition and he helped write the court's opinion on why the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 is unconstitutional; although he did warned that should technology get better and better then it is in the interest of the government to regulate any technologies that can produce content that looks just like the real thing (photorealistic CSAM that looks like the real thing which is an issue now given how good AI is these days).

The reason why I bring this up is because earlier this year, there was a similar case in Wisconsin where a man named Steven Anderegg used AI to produce photorealistic indecent images depicting children along with being in possession of real CSAM. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals threw out the AI charge because his criminal defense lawyer argued before the court that the AI charge is unconstitutional because of the Ashcroft precedent set by SCOTUS. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with the lawyer which infuriated the federal prosecutors (the DOJ did appealed to have the AI criminal charge stick but the 7th Circuit rejected the DOJ's appeal for this specific criminal charge). Steven Anderegg is still facing CSAM charges but the specific charge for AI have been tossed out due to its questionable constitutional status.

So I imagine for the men that are being charged with this in Idaho and Texas, they do have a very strong First Amendment case that a civil liberties organization (like the ACLU, the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, NetChoice, and/or even the Free Speech Coalition) can take up these cases and fight in the federal court system. While they will most likely still go to prison for the real CSAM, if these men get some really good criminal defense lawyers like with the Wisconsin case then these charges can be thrown out as unconstitutional.

So I expect another SCOTUS showdown to one day happen sooner or later over this anyway.

what thread's that in? Cause i'd imagine they want something similar to happen to chibi.

I'm just going to say this right now.

The Blue Tsunami we've seen in the midterms has fucking murdered the Christian Boomer meta for the American Right, this political movement is now a walking corpse where their medical condition is terminal and there is no cure.

Laws like Texas' SB 20 (which was controversial because many anime fans criticized it for being too broad over its wording), the various ID verification laws for the Internet that were championed by the GOP boomers, the religious mandate from some states (like how some states want to mandate the Ten Commandments in public schools); this meta is dead and the Christian Conservatives and the Christian Nationalists don't know it yet and these laws that were championed by wannabe autocrats on the Internet are the remnants of a dying political corpse now.

If you know the story of the Demon Core experiment, during the end of World War 2, a group of scientists played around with the unused core of a nuclear bomb to study criticality. However, after one of the guys accidentally dropped a brick of tungsten carbine onto the plutonium core and it gave off a bright blue glow (Cherenkov radiation) that illuminated the room. The metal brick was removed from the plutonium core to prevent a nuclear explosion but the damage was done; Dr. Louis Slotin was the closest to the plutonium core and he had his DNA completely destroyed where he felt fine at first but because his DNA was destroyed his body could no longer produce new tissue to live and he became a zombie as his body rotted from the inside out and he died 9 days later.

This is what happened to the GOP Christian conservatives. The Blue Tsunami we saw with the midterm election acted as the Cherenkov radiation for Christian conservatives everywhere in America. The Christian Right lost every big important ally to push their agenda from the states to Congress. The Blue Tsunami destroyed the DNA for the Christian Right and they won't feel it at first but as the days go by they will feel the symptoms of radiation poisoning (which will come in the form of the policies and laws the Christian Right pushed for being struck down in the courts, repealed, or simply not enforced at all).

The pro-porn activist groups, the free speech activist groups, pro-tech groups like NetChoice, the anime industry, the pro-book activist groups; they're going to come into the states where the Democrats recently won to either dismantle, repeal, strike down, or clean up said state laws that are hostile towards their respective industries (because the Democrats are often far more sympathetic towards these lobbying and activist groups than the Christian Republicans are). State laws like Texas' SB 20 are simply not going to survive because the architects of these Christian Conservative laws have been removed from power.

There is no red state alliance anymore, there are now red isolated islands and most of America is a blue ocean on a state level.

Even if by 2028 the Democrats lose seats in Congress or even lose control of Congress, the Democrats have more states now. The Democrats can now engineer what they want for America from the bottom up; the Christian Conservatives will never have control over culture on a state level ever again because the Democrats are going to give former red states a lot of freebies and tear down the walls the Christian Conservatives have built and they will give the voters in these states more reasons to vote for the Democrats and America will finally be fully secularized. It's easy to get rid of a ruling party in Congress but it is a lot harder to get rid of a ruling party in the states.

Christian Conservative culture and even Kiwi Farms culture are now officially niche and no longer the meta for many parts of the nation anymore.

Does this mean the American Right is dead? No, but the American Right will be forced to rebrand and most likely abandon GOP Christian Conservatism to survive. Thomas Massie is making a lot of rounds by showing he was proven right about Trump and how shitty the GOP has become and exposing more conservatives to Libertarianism. If by some chance Libertarianism replaces Boomer Christian Conservatism for both the American Right and the GOP then that makes Christian Conservatism cut off from the American Right forever (because Libertarianism doesn't care about the grievances of retarded Christians and Libertarianism doesn't care about 'muh-degenerecy' either because Libertarians in general are fine with porn including anime porn too).

Fags like Welper and Jersh and so on will watch their world being torn apart by the Democrats within the following next two years, that is a guarantee.

To quote Dr. Louis Slotin after being fatally struck by Cherenkov radiation, "That does it".
