Here is what irks me. Jersh sells Kiwi Farms as a free speech site but then does shit like this where you can't have a conservation about a topic (regardless if it's in good faith or not) if Jersh and his mod team are going to censor you anyway.

I don't really care if people want to argue that the United States should not get involved with Iran and I don't care if people support what Trump is doing by getting the United States involved with Iran. The point is that if you're going to sell yourself as a free speech site then you should allow these viewpoints to be talked about openly and you only intervene if a thread is getting derailed with off-topic bullshit.

If you're going to sell your platform as a free speech alt-tech platform then I expect the platform to be like 8chan when Hotwheels ran it back in the day. Otherwise your platform is just another clone of ResetEra where it was nothing but a hugbox where the website owner and mods only want you to follow a specific political viewpoint.

I mean I'd be scared of trannies too if they knew my real name, approximate whereabouts, and that I really didn't like them. It's almost like, if li'l J-man is scared of estrogen zombies, he should hit the gym, buy a gun, and maybe not tell people where he lives. Motherfucker lives in Florida last I checked, it's not exactly hard to get a nice piece and a concealed carry permit there. You wanna be controversial publicly, you gotta deal with shit. Don't cry about the consequences when they were easy to see coming.

No problem. I caused Null and co . to jabe a catastrophic meltdown because I am pursuing a PPO abainst hiim. My lawyer says him doxxing my family alongside me over a DMCA request is enough to get one but I pointed out Null has made at least 3 seperate tireads on me himself.

While my goal here is to see if we dind any disturbing behavior problems like his tendencies towards making threats. If I, can show these tendencies it strengthens the case and allows me to adk for more restraints than a simple no contact order. Since there are several archivers of Null here this seemed the best place to ask.

This is the only thing I am going to mention until the case concluded so.to keep my hand hidden

He locked the thread back in late 2024. It's less that he hid it and more that anyone who went "Holy shit, Null wants to pander to these freaks?" got banned until people got the message and stopped mentioning it.
 
do you know what i really hate about kiwifarms, the delusional gloating. they take credit for everything. its like ISIS. kiwifarms pretends trannies are the biggest threat on earth right next to indians. its annoying. everyone acts like its "the anti-tranny website" and it really annoys me

its pretty hypocritical that these idiots are always going "don't quote laws to men who have swords" when they start crying about free speech laws the second a tranny takes down the site
