I've said it before and will say it again: Japan isn't this land of Baywatch level tits and ass. East Asian women in general has what is known as neoteny, meaning their women will age less like bananas and more like kiwis (no pun intended).

The USA predominately showcases 20 and 30 year olds as teenagers in live action movies and TV shows, which is something I'd say is a lot more of a problem than drawn loli. I'm not even touching at factors like western perspectives of the world built on Puritanism and a Christian centered worldview, how humans haven't gone far from the days before preventative medicine and increased quality of life from technological innovation and application, etch.
