Jersh is grifitng here because for very obvious reasons, having Kiwi Farms being cut off to the rest of UK and much of Europe is going to damage KF (and other communities like them) even more. Jersh being debaked (if true) means less people visiting his site means less revenue for him so he has reasons as to why he's pissed at what Europe is doing.
But with that said, Jersh is an example of a broken clock being right twice a day. It hasn't been more than 24 hours after the UK's Online Safety Act and already the UK censored not just porn but also censoring very spicy political speech of the right-wing variety (the Islamic migrant crisis that Europe currently faces).
This should concern everyone. It's clear both the UK and the EU has now declared war on free speech and it's going to negatively affect everyone online, no exceptions. It doesn't matter if you lean Left, it doesn't matter if you lean Right, it doesn't matter if you're religious, it doesn't matter if you're an atheist, it doesn't matter if you're straight, it doesn't matter if you're LGBT, it doesn't matter if you're an online troll, it doesn't matter if you're a furry, it doesn't matter if you're some hentai-loving anime fan, it doesn't matter if you're white, it doesn't matter if you're non-white; you will be negatively affected by the retarded boomers in power that barely know how to use Microsoft Word.

Think about it, how did Josh with no money who struggles to pay for his monthly server bills twice manage to move country including obtaining Visas which is very difficult in Europe unless you have fat stacks of money only to return to america, a country he hated and have been gunning for him with no issues?

KOSA did passed in the Senate last year but died in the House due to Mike Johnson having concerns about how the law could easily be abused by state AGs to censor speech to "protect children" (the last iteration of the law gave a lot of broad powers to state AGs that could've allowed them to censor even political content they didn't like to "save the children").
I'm not even sure if KOSA has a chance this time around because there is a clearly growing voice in Congress that opposes to what the UK is doing (notably Ohio representative Jim Jordan sounding the alarm). Given how the UK is abusing their new law to even censor political speech, there's a good chance that KOSA will once again die in Congress because the UK is being really retarded right now.
And 4chan has now declared war on the UK and credit card companies so Hiro may just use that as an opportunity to get more people on 4chan again and make 4chan more relevant again.

The UK used both sides to argue about how bad OSA is and then both sides pushed for it to be instated. It won't go back and no political leader will want it removed because it benefits them.
EU have already announced they will be censoring the internet next year. MS are all over it. US, AUS, NZ and Canada will follow. Censoring the internet has been a goal for 10+ years and it's here. There's been some talks within Labour that they also want to ban (or at least heavily restrict) VPNs as well because they're well aware that even kids can download a free VPN and spoof their location to still gain access to content.
So if that kind of talk occurs, it may make the U.S. become more hesitant to go through with this. At least I hope so.
There's also a chance that the U.S. may just scrap KOSA due to the UK becoming more anti-Israel anyway.

The restricting of VPNs won't happen because government and WFH relies on it. Putting a backdoor in VPNs for the gov to snoop on could happen though.
