I'm not against organ donations but I personally opted out in case they decide harvesting my organs would be more profitable than saving my life because something something shitty medical insurance companies and corrupt for profit hospitals.
 
Reason: I wish we could just clone organs already.

I live in an opt out system but I want to donate, I donate blood regularly too in honor of my father and hope to help someone out by donating peripheral stem cells one day if I'm ever a match for someone. I'm in the national database.
