Apparently, Hololive is very sensitive to stuff like this. There could potentially be genuine legal ramifications over this behavior. When it comes to the weather control conspiracy, there's a lot of holes in this bullshit theory too.

If you remember the time Trump said on if they could they just nuke a hurricane, people laughed at him because it's clear Trump has no clue how powerful storm patterns can be.

Even a Category 1 hurricane can use 10 times more energy than the entire human race uses in a year (even weaker hurricanes use a mind-boggling amount of energy). The Earth's weather is far more powerful than Tsar Bomba. If you were to drop a nuclear weapon like Tsar Bomba (the most powerful nuke humanity created) in a category 5 hurricane, the hurricane would still keep on chugging like a champ and you'd make a bad situation worse (because then the hurricane would carry radioactive particles in its winds and doom a large chunk of the world through radiation poisoning).

Humanity has barley tapped into the energy being offered by the universe and humanity is still far away from mastering the control weather patterns.

Cloud seeding only really works in climates that have frequent storms to get more precipitation out of them. Cloud seeding is completely useless in places like the Sahara desert because there is very little moisture in the air to justify throwing dry ice over an arid climate like the Sahara.

Exactly. It only works in areas that have moisture already. They tend to do it when they suspect a drought, but it has to still have moisture and can't be used if there isn't any. Like desserts. And it doesn't even work that well if done properly.
