Planet Fitness is like 10 dollars a month for basic membership, that's the cost of buying a Big Mac with a drink at McDonald's once a month. If Jersh wants to be really cheap about it, then he should buy an old DVD copy of P90X assuming he is willing to work out at home.
There is no excuse for Jersh, especially at his age where how he mistreats his body now may negatively affect him later in life. No one stays young forever. Jersh's inactive lifestyle may lead him down a path to high blood pressure, gout, arthritis, heart disease, and potentially diabetes or even Alzheimer's and it's very hard to cope with any of those medical conditions as someone gets older.
