I think part of it goes back to a core part of Kiwi Farms culture since 2022. There is always a need to one up other users, like being the biggest A-log of a lolcow is practically encouraged. So in politics, Kiwis have to one up each other on being the most opposed to trannies, pedophiles, etc. If a Kiwi does not engage in this behavior then they are liable to be accused of being a pedophile or a liberal tranny defender. This is why Kiwis came to love censorship because they identify (not entirely incorrectly) trannies and pedophiles with porn, so that is why Kiwi Farms believes age verification laws are good and that payment processors banning loli, porn, etc is also good.

This same mindset also leads to Kiwis larping as devout traditionalist Christians which of course means they "hate both sides equally." However, since they also equate conservatism to Donald Trump, this in practice means they believe Israel bombing Muslims is super based and we need to be helping Israel do that. It also means the Epstein files are a liberal distraction (as one famous e-celeb with this mindset put it) or even outright okay since Trump can fuck as many kids as he wants as long as he deports people.

nigga i remember when you had an account, it was always that bad but trump winning in 2025 meant a lot of people went mask off, and i feel like there was an exodus of users. that one regular in USPG1 just fucking died and plenty of other users were slowly leaving because the site stopped seeming to be about lolcows and more about A&N for random bullshit.

i think the age of the userbase and their beliefs played a huge factor in it. the BAP thread is fucking useless because most of the users agree with 99% of what he says so they don't see him as a lolcow. the worldofshirts or turkey tom threads suck because its old people hating on a young person and not because of their lolcow traits.

even null has admitted in various ways that the site hasn't grown since 2022's peak before cloudflare fucked it and his angry outbursts have led him to banning key users and replacing them with retards like the ones found in the iran thread.

null traded paypigs for quality users. i've seen posts where people admit they straight up don't know how to make OPs for lolcows anymore.

the site is a piece of junk as far as most should be concerned. the userbase is retarded and the few good posters have to hide their beliefs because the pro-iran people are snakes

yes i remember when i was on and it was a bit more sane. it kinda does feel like users who dont like trump are deliberately harassed in order to run them off, assuming they dont get banned first

I'm glad a lot of other people noticed its middle aged people now. even in 2020, people would be made to integrate. now they just write like theyre on facebook.

sad state of affairs. KF is now parents who made fun of their kids for watching "chinese cartoons" in 2005. the olds have taken over everything and sucked the life out of it. even something that would have just been young people, filled with olds demanding you post to their sensibilities or get banned

I don't think it's the old folks that are the problem, it's the gate keeping and censorship. Free opinions aren't allowed, topics can't be discussed, questioning israel is a ban. KF never took sides and laughed at those who did.
Now it's like team sports with two fan bases going at one another. If anything, the olds remember the old internet, which was wild, full of anarchy and everything was through the view of fun, laughter and jest. That humour is lost on generations nowadays. It can't be understood unless you lived through it but we used to have fun and laugh, regardless of the subject or style of post.

Being fair here, the Trump dick riding was always there on Kiwi Farms back in the day but it was confined to the niche threads related to Trump while everyone else stuck to their own thing.

But this would change after Covid where the Trump worshiping got more prevalent that Kiwi Farms turned into the spiritual successor of r/TheDonald.

If we take 2022 as a baseline, I would say the average age of Kiwis was probably upper 30s (born mid 1980s). People are correct when they say the biggest lolcows are the ones Null feuds with, but a part of it too I think is that Kiwis are engaging with other people their age.

The old posters have just given up, I think. The ones who aren't shills or null dick riders, have just stopped posting. Why bother, when most of the lingo makes no sense, pulled straight from black twitter or reddit, there's no debate and worse, there's no humour.
People sperging out, constant arguments and foreign wordage can be ignored if the website is fun. It isn't.

Even worse, IMO, is that they have no principles any longer. Why be associated with dodgy website filled with posts that could get your fired, or even arrested, when they have no standards or principles? KF meant to be about free speech, regardless of content, anti-doxing and observing, not creating. Yet they censor and ban topics, especially those critical of Israel, dox everyone they can and wade into fights they shouldn't - like Null picking political fights and SJW fights for his 'female' audience.

What made KF a good website is long gone. What happens next, who knows? Maybe it dies, maybe it survives. Whatever happens, the Farms that we knew and loved, died years and years ago. We're just watching the corpse decompose.

internet culture changed so much from the early 2010s. you can't be into offensive jokes and have a thriving fanbase unless you pander to chuds and those fuckers barely have money. look at Null or kino casino.

In general i'm seeing a lot of middle aged people who's lives are so fucked because the jobs in entertainment are fucking gone and especially for cruel bloggers they vanished over a decade ago.

the job market too sucks, if you had to look for a job after 2022 you're fucked. especially if you're older
