Kiwifarms Associate Keffals / Lucas Roberts

People who are a part of the kiwifarms forum or closely connected with it.
Keffals is FINALLY putting his money where his words are and actually suing the London Ontario Police Services for accidentally referring to him as Lucas Roberts - only because they had already arrested him before and still had his priors on record - and for allegedly groping his moobs.


Here's what I personally suspect is likely going to happen as a result of all this: the London, Ontario Police Services, who obviously have hidden surveillance cameras in every nook and cranny of their buildings, are going to put that surveillance footage into evidence to prove that this was a regular investigation in response to an imminent threat (someone threatening to shoot up City Hall), and that nothing out of the ordinary had occured, no discrimination, no misgendering, etc. Keffals, who is a narcissistic manipulator, is then going to take that surveillance footage that has now been made public through the lolsuit, and cut it up into a dramatic montage of his time in custody. You will see Keffals in handcuffs, Keffals being searched by a female officer, Keffals being interrogated, Keffals being led to his cell, all of usual Female Cop Dominatrix S&M porn footage Keffals was masturbating to before he went to Thailand for The Snip. Keffals knows how to take an ordinary boring film and cut up into something else, something more dramatic looking, because he is at the end of the day a Drama Youtuber. It's Keffals' job to take something mundane and blow it out of all proportion to make it look like "the police brutality transphobia crime of the century - caught in 4k on their own surveillance cameras!!!". (He can also ask his fellow TRA the convicted felon Chelsea Manning to help him make a montage - Manning knows all about cutting up surveillance footage!) Keffals will then endlessly clip and post that montage on his social media accounts and especially Twitch, his platform of choice, to parade what a "police brutality victim" he was at the hands of the evil, transphobic London, Ontario Police. He will pick the most blurry footage of him next to a cop and claim that that was the very moment his moobs were supposedly groped, "look it's right there! You can totally see it!", "I can't see anything, it's too blurry!", "No, no, there it is, he's raising his hand right there!", "Huh? I just see pixels!".

I do hope this lolsuit will put pressure on the London, Ontario Police to actually catch the guy who perpetrated the hoax. Then they get to have a victory lap of their own because they caught the guy, and send a message to anyone planning to SWAT e-celebs.

The crime?
How was he damaged?
Did the police department have criminal intent?
Can being referred to by your real birth name be damaging?
How is lying about being a female not a form of felony fraud?
Don't the officers of the police department have the free speech right to refer to Lucas as whatever name they'd like?
Isn't Lucas trying to infringe on the rights of the police officers?
Shouldn't they countersue him for damages and harassment?
Shouldn't they arrest him for fraudulently misrepresenting himself as a female, a common law and presumably statutory crime?
Etc. etc. I could go on.

It's not a criminal case or a civil case. I am not familiar with Canadian law, but from what I understand about his case is that in Canada they have something called a Human Rights Tribunal, which is an administrative process.

That was the case in the 1960s-1970s. We're waaay past that point legally.
Plus this is Canada, where free speech doesn't mean a thing.

We all know he's only doing this at all because people kept asking where the $100,000 donated for legal fees went. It costs fuck all to take something to the Tribunal.

And he took the cheapest option by going the Yaniv route with the Human Rights Tribunal. His “lawyer” is also some D grade woke idiot who spends all his hours giving wrong legal takes on reddit.
 
There were a LOT of people last summer who were urging Keffals to file his lolsuit against the London Ontario Police. They're gonna be so happy now.

Lucas is way to much of a narc to ever join the 41% voluntarily. It would have to be an overdose if his drug habit is real and not just a lie to give him cover for all the dumb edgelord shit he said in February.

Still not sure he is doing more then drinking and taking some form of opioids. During his streams he never exhibits the signs of cocaine or meth use and his arms don’t appear to have track marks.
