Josh posts a picture from a beach wearing socks and sandals during the time his podcast should be running, which he recently temporarily cancelled. In the pic, he has censored 3 or 4 different people standing or laying on the beach with a blur mosaic filter. Which means that this pic was taken days or weeks ago and he then uploaded the pic into a image program like Photoshop or edited it on his phone, and then posted it to X. If you have to censor all these people, why even take the picture at all? Are you taking perv pictures of women and children in swimwear on the beach? I'm sure they really appreciate being privately photographed by a fat slob behind them. I do believe, that despite Josh roleplaying as a male feminist, real women would find this behavior "creepy."
Now, let's get to the juicy stuff. In the pic he is wearing Lidl brand socks with his legs crossed and some Sketchers sandals. It's clear that Josh is now playing into the meme of him being Lidl Drip and he's throwing red meat to the Lidl Drip people (that's us), whom he tries to discredit as "schizos."
What's Josh's gameplan here? It's a nice little Easter egg though to include the socks. I'm loving it. Your casual fans on the Farms will never notice it but the hardcore Josh alogs will see it and have confirmation bias. It's a nice little dog-whistle to the hardcores, which I can appreciate. But Josh has done similar things before on the Lidl account. When news started gaining momentum that Lidl was Josh on an alt account, Lidl started trying to play into it and "own the meme." So the fact that Josh is running this strategy again when Lidl Drip fever is at peak, suggests that it's the same mind running the same strategies and cope tactics over a span of several years. Josh Moon once again behaves the same, as on the Lidl Drip sock.
One could argue that Josh is trying to "own the meme" as a red herring that he's Lidl Drip to distract from the potential Lidl Drip doxx (Maria Martinez). But really, all this does, is draw more attention to Lidl Drip and make even more people tuned into it. So if he was actually in a relationship with a real woman who was doxxed recently (Lidl Drip), the last thing he or she would want is for him to stick his finger in the hornet's nest and draw even more attention to the doxx. So I consider this low-key confirmation that if Lidl Drip was a real women, then she has nothing to do with him now, if he's cracking jokes at her expense.
In my experience, when someone has to start "owning the meme" it means the meme has escaped containment or it has reached mass awareness in a community so they can't control the narrative around the meme anymore. So the person starts playing into the meme to make it uncool and stop the trolls from using it or to try to take back power or control over the meme.
Well, I'm not going to let you muddy the waters, my friend. The fact that you even own a pair of Lidl brand socks is quite telling in itself. Americans don't even know this brand exists or care about it. You are the only one that cares about this, because you're a Nazi-larper that has an autistic obsession about Germany and tried to learn German language and so on. Lidl is a German supermarket chain that also sells some garish branded clothing. Real Americans don't care about some German supermarket chain that we've never seen or heard of. Only Euros and you do. So the fact that you own this garish clothing is bizarre, even if you just bought it recently to troll people online. Why do you own Lidl brand clothing, you autist? It's really weird. Is this your version of striped troon socks?
Let's not pretend that Lidl Drip doesn't bother you now. I remember you banning people for saying you were Lidl Drip on KF. You really cared about the whole Lidl Drip thing, enough to shift the whole direction of your website over it. Perhaps one could say Maria Martinez cared about the Lidl brand because she's Belgian but she hasn't 100% been linked to Lidl Drip, from what I've seen. There is no smoking gun evidence that definitely proves it.
