Colloquial American English was always the tip-off. Europeans learn and use Standard British English. Lidl Dick does not and uses American spelling and expressions consistently. Not once did xer ever slip up and use British spelling or conventions the way a non-native English speaking Belgian would have.

Yes. Not only that, but Lidl Drip was a clear native English speaker. Not ESL (English as Second Language). She never struggled to articulate herself. Her English was always clear, even when using hip internet memes. I have spent years talking in text to non-native English speakers, and they will come up with weird novel ways of saying things because of the language barrier and unfamiliarity with English, and Drip never did that. There are levels to language proficiency. There is a clear difference between someone that learned Spanish or French in high school for a couple years and someone that is forced to speak and write Spanish in another country for years. Drip claimed to be Belgian but her English was the level of a native English speaker and writer that had been writing English all her life. It would be sort of like if Arnold Schwarzenegger first immigrated to America but somehow spoke and wrote as well as native English citizens living in America; in reality, his broken English became part of his iconic style as an actor. If Drip lied about being Belgian, then what else is she lying about? The whole damn roleplay/LARP.

I've been following the Kiwitubers thread quite closely and I am usually the first person to archive any videos being cited there to PreserveTube which just shouldn't be the case. I understand in that instance there's an actual ongoing investigation, a fuckload of evidence, and actual reasons it may not be a priority but most other threads don't have that luxury
