Patreon creators offering tiered rewards for support is not the same thing as asking for 600 of your audience members to give you $20/month so you can have a 6-figure salary. But I agree most of the Patreon rewards I've seen sucked ass bc they are thinly-veiled scams. As most people on Patreon are not producing any physical product or real thing. They are just making Youtube videos or something that they are going to release for free online regardless of support. And offer very little, like Discord access.

Except Josh already run a separate Gofundme for KF operating expenses to pay for several years to the tune of 35K. We're not talking about monthly expenses. It's just Josh wanting a 6-figure salary of consistent money so he can buy a house, as he admitted on his recent podcast. He's realizing he's getting away with the old scams so why not push for even more? His audience doesn't realize it yet, but Josh is trying to cash out on his audience and sell them down the river so he can fund a more lavish lifestyle, while not having to work a real job.
Josh's crying is not really representative of much. It's a false alarm that goes off all day, like a nigger smoke chirp alarm. He cries about everything like a weak soyboy raised by a single mom. He will find a way to cry whether he's doing well or poorly. As just one example, he cries about not being able to afford things in America and being poor. Next breath, he cries about having to pay taxes, which go to welfare and food stamps to feed the poor. Which proves he was going to cry either way. I also get the feeling he's doing well financially but is crying poverty to milk the audience harder, like a DSP.
This has been explained on previous pages. Even Josh admits it's in decline. No need to go over it again. Just read.
My "caring" is irrelevant to whether the site is in decline or not, so it's a nonissue. Most people here treat Josh and KF as free entertainment and would observe whether it's thriving or dying. As you are in a Josh Moon thread, since you seem to have forgotten.
I've seen statements that it's mostly stagnant as far as registrations:bans but not that it's in outright decline. If only the super intelligent a-logs stop talking about Blockland they might see some unnecessary influx of newfags but for now the opposition is well controlled

To be completely fair, the "National Center on Sexual Exploitation" (and I put this in quotes sarcastically) is a complete joke. Do not confuse them with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NEMEC) because the NCOSE are basically Morality in Media rebranded and they're not a credible source in regards to sexual abuse like NEMEC.
The NCOSE are basically religious moralfags that think everything is child porn. Harry Potter? Child porn. Dungeons and Dragons? Child porn. Teaching evolution in schools? Child porn. Classical literature? Child porn. Death metal music? Child porn. I know this sounds like I'm exaggerating but the NCOSE thinks anything that isn't allied with Christian fundamentalism is "Child Porn".
The NCOSE was originally called 'Morality in Media where they were founded back in the 1960's where their goal is to censor all forms of media in America and have it comply with fundamentalist Christian doctrine. They used to bully many TV show writers, comic book writers, book authors, video game developers, board game designers, and the list goes on if a form of fictional media wasn't promoting religious fundamentalism and the NCOSE used to harass content creators with threatening letters and abusing the law to ruin people's lives if the NCOSE didn't got their way; it got to the point when the NCOSE (Morality in Media) became hated by the vast majority of Americans during the 1980's the 1990's, and well into the 2000's because Americans saw the NSOCE as thugs. The Religious Right originally did cancel culture long before the Left did.
It's like animal rights activism. Everyone respects the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) because they're not batshit insane when it comes to animal welfare but no one respects PETA because they're batshit insane. It's the same with child protection activism. Everyone respects NEMEC but no one with a brain respects the NCOSE.
This is going to be one of the rare times that I have to agree with Jersh because even though the Left has gone pretty insane these days, the Religious Right still sucks and it seems the NCOSE (Morality in Media) is still up to their old grifter tricks in their sad attempt to turn America into a theocracy like Iran.
Speaking of which, the NCOSE got into a huge scandal around a month ago where it turns out the now ex-president of NCOSE had their son busted by the feds for being in possession of child porn where that president had to resign afterwards when it was revealed that their son committed a horrible crime (and the NCOSE took their sweet time to reveal this to the public because they knew damn well this will tarnish their public image, they were protecting a child predator until they were forced to come clean). It's really hard to trust the NCOSE when they have child predators in their ranks anyway.
