Josh keeps floating the idea that someone from the county is going to anonymously leak the bodycam footage. He's hoping that by saying this several times on stream, that someone out there will follow through on it, even though it's illegal. Josh is also about to sue Kandiyohi County to get the body cam footage. He's hoping to receive a multimillion dollar settlement from the county violating his constitutional right to view police body cam footage of Rekieta's dirty house and children. Josh Moon looked at the Liz Fong Jones or Russel Greer playbook, and thought, "Hmm, I can do this too. I'm become a vexatious litigant and just sue people nonstop for harassment." He's becoming the people he hates.

Ngl though, if Josh became a multimillionaire from randomly suing a bunch of people he thinks aggrieved him, I would seethe. 'Cause eventually, you will find some county or group that fucks up and you can find some court that will agree, "Yes you hurt Joshua Connor Moon by doing x bc you didn't follow the autistic Dungeons and Dragons rulebook correctly." Aka, the US law code. Bullshit lawsuits happen all the time. Like when police shoot some thug and the black gangbanger family gets rich from the settlement. Broke people can't pay up but city governments and big companies absolutely can. That is what makes me nervous about this. But it's like I've said before, scamming wins. There are 0 consequences to being a scumbag scammer.

How many years has it been that Jewsh has been weirdly obsessing with Rekieta's personal life? and in particular a nothingburger dash cam video involving Rek's kids? That stuff alone could be legal groups to lock Jewsh away in a loony bin and throw away the key. He is so genuinely creepy and dysfunctional in so many levels.
 
Honestly i don't care about Josh going after Nick. Nick's story is too great, its like everyone is saying in the monty thread. people assumed based on the physiognomy that Nick was the Chad Trad Dad and Monty was a creepy PDF and should suffer.

instead much like what happened with Jack Murphy, the guy who looks normal turned out to be super degen and the guy named Monty was just an art school graduate.

Weirdly, Null actually swept for Rekieta most of 2022 and early 2023. He never featured the thread and he had to be pestered into even mentioning him. Rekieta seems to have aggro'd Jewsh with whiny Signal chats (?) so Jewsh countered with an e-jihad.

He also lied about cutting contact with Rekieta. Check Rekieta's thread in 2023, where Null proudly posts a log telling Rekieta he was blocked and then a year later where the two are going at it again over the phone again in a conversation. What happened, Josh? Had to poke the crackhead again to get more asspats?

Guess 1: Jewsh knows the Rekieta story sells and actively engages in the feud and encourages the Rekieta A-Log Army for views and donations.
Guess 2: Kayla Rekieta being a BLACKED crackhead mother of 5 reminds Jewsh of his own mother so he blames her husband for everything and lashes out at him.

Even if Hardin is making a sound argument, the reason Null wants the bodycam footage is to humiliate Nick.

Nick might already know about it, but if he needs to argue against the motion, someone should help him out by telling him about the stuff Null allowed on his forum, like the cowtipping, the revenge porn, the bestiality, etc.

I don't know if its necessary, but It would be pretty funny for that stuff about null to be aired in front of the court.

Yes, the whole point is to humiliate Rekieta, bc Josh has an ongoing personal feud with him. Josh and Hardin are snakes though, in the sense that they will present any argument (that they don't even believe) to the court as a means to get the bodycam footage released. The end justifies the means. One common argument these types use is "Won't someone please think of the children?" Even though none of the people actually care about children; they are banking on the idea that you are a person that will. Like on Kino Casino, Asston pounds his chest and gets on his soapbox about Rekieta's dirty children being neglected but he doesn't actually care. Same for Warski pretending he's tearing up reading through the bodycam transcript and pretending to fight back anger. Lol. It's just 2 sociopaths performing on camera to stimulate dono's for their bank account. Whip up the howling, pitchfork-wielding mob for Rekieta to burn on the cross, while you profit.

As another example of the type of sociopath that presents arguments he doesn't believe in, but thinks you will find it persuasive enough (are you dumb enough to trick) to get what he wants from you. Specimen A, Josh Moon. In this thread, he presents the arguments that people believe there is a vast conspiracy against Nick Rekieta. Josh doesn't believe this, but hopes he can trick Kandiyohi officials this way. He also pretends there is this massive public outcry about Rekieta coming from the people of Kandiyohi County. There isn't. Josh doesn't live there and has nothing to do with this small town. Josh is just a carpetbagger grifter trying to capitalize on a small town. And finally, Josh is feigning concern for Rekieta's well-being. When in actuality, he wants Rekieta to be destroyed. Once you actually understand how disingenuous and slimy this is, you will be stunned.

Josh claims his input isn't relevant anymore which is untrue since he's the only reason Hardin would ever care about the bodycam footage of an eceleb attorney in Minnesota and has delusions that this lawsuit will somehow make history and covered by his fellow sloptubers instead of tossed in the garbage by a judge. He also continues to use terms such as "we" in regards to the case and winning.

The fact that Rekieta successfully managed to prevent the bodycam arrest footage from going public and thus denying Jersh and the Kiwis the arrest footage, you know damn well Rackets isn't going to let this go.

Rekieta was a lawyer, a very sleazy lawyer (to the point where I trust a used car salesman over Rekieta) but a lawyer nevertheless.

I have a feeling that Rekieta isn't done with his revenge own arc and he will probably do something that will royally screw over Jersh in some way.
