I know that he claimed he didn't receive service from Melinda Scott when she sued him, but I think she did write that document. Were there any others? Only a few people have actually sued Null.
Come to think of it, both Greer and Acerthorn seem to have served Null successfully.

If someone has their dox on KF, they probably have grounds to go after the site. The other stuff might be an issue.
Maybe one could have him turn over ownership of kiwifarms, if he couldn't pay.

Some people are more effective at lawsuits than others, none of the failed ones really matter because it only emboldens him. Which is a false sense of security if he runs into someone actually competent. Serving is just ones step, a lot of times you have to prove damages too. And malicious intent on the others part which can be excused as ignorance in a lot of cases. Until it no longer is and once it's documented they know a thing they pushed was false they can no longer push that narrative without risk of further lawsuits that can stick.

It's worth noting that Null has nearly lost lawsuits against people who are incompetent.

In regards to damages, a bunch of states have laws against doxing, but even if your state doesn't you might be able to sue for harassment. Proving Malicious intent should be pretty easy. Due to that, one might be able to get a gag order to shut the site down during the lawsuit and prevent null from streaming MATI, especially since Kiwifarms has doxed people and lawyers for just sending legal notices to the site. Anyone suing the site should do this as they will probably make a thread on the lawsuit and harass your lawyers.
It'd also be incredibly funny if Null was sent a gag order.

Because of how Null and his jannies act on the site, section 230 will not protect them from liability. That article talks about various conditions in which section 230 does not apply, such as if the website is selectively promoting content. They are the ones who personally choose which lolcow threads to bring out of propspering grounds, which lolcows get their own special subforums, which posts get promoted on the frontpage, and which lolcow caricatures to feature in the background wallpaper of the site.
Section 230 also doesn't protect them if they are developing/inducing illegal acts. Null admits that he's allowed illegal and borderline illegal content on his site. Such as revenge porn, animal abuse, leaked nudes, stolen passwords, and stolen financial details. He has said he won't ban users who break the law, openly asked for nude leaks, made secret forums, and asked his users to cowtip.
This is also why kiwifarmer's comparisons to other social media are disingenuous, as sites like twitter do not do this.

Tbf, that line is not really a confirmation that Josh is back in Europe. It's just poorly-worded. He could be implying that he is dealing with something going on (back in Europe) every night from 8 PM EST to 4 AM EST. So he listens to Kino Casino while working on his computer about the issue happening in Europe.

Sending the IRS after someone is usually a waste of your time unless the person is very wealthy. They don't waste their time on small fish. There needs to usually be a big reward waiting to mount an investigation and use resources going after someone. Or something big like a public outcry. Josh doesn't make enough money to be on their radar. The problem with reporting someone to the IRS for tax fraud/evasion is that you need evidence they are committing tax fraud. A hunch or just speculation isn't good enough. And unless you are close to this person and intimate enough to be up in their finances, you won't have any solid evidence they are committing tax fraud. And without evidence, it ends up looking like a private-army request to the government to go after your personal enemy. People are welcome to do what they want though. Don't let me stop you.

From last MATI. Why is Josh wearing gloves for a coffee review? One would think the coffee was a carcinogen or something. Like he was reviewing Sevin dust pesticide or Roundup weed killer. Who does this except a fat pig who's insecure about even his fat hands? 🤣 You know Josh, there is a solution to this. You don't have to hide your pig hooves / fat Vienna sausage fingers, from the world. You could just lose the weight.
