He also claims to have had the top 1% of Florida's FCAT scores and got a hand written letter from Don Gaetz congratulating him for it.
 
Josh continues to touch the poo and asks the courts if he can attend all proceedings involving Nick Rekieta whether it be in-person or by third-party for the "public interest" and definitely not to gain content/money for his website and his weekly podcast, subtly threatening that the failure to do so will result in a packed court room as if people him being there means other people will revoke their desire to attend. The courts should play ball and agree, but only if Josh attends the proceedings in-person. We will get to have a good look at how fat he's become in recent months and we all know Josh would never show himself in person.

It's truly sad that the only proof Josh has that he isn't a giant retard is that back in middle school more than 10 years ago he scored really high on a test once. It's like a washed-up sportsball player talking about his one kick that saved the game and he never did anything of note since then.

Someone should formally request the court force Josh to attend. Preferably from Rekieta's side. KF isn't a news site and no one associated with it has press credentials, or any kind of media credentials, period. Null's position is that of a blogger, not a journo.

I want to see his fat ass waddling around as everyone recoils in disgust; imagine the smell.

Does josh not Realize that the judge might see this request and realize the trial is already becoming media circus? This is going to go the way of the Chris Chan trial and then these idiots will cope that the justice system is fucked even though they caused it.
 
How much can you actually interfere with another person's legal matters before you open yourself up to litigation? I just don't know but I think Josh is going to find out. Rekieta is one thing but if he incurs the wrath of the greater Rekieta clan by snooping into family stuff he could be in real trouble. 80 million dollar trust with all the lawyers that entails coming at you would not be pretty for anyone.
