If Josh can reign in the posters not to post about indigineous South Americans/mestizo people, find a trustworthy datacenter that won't just physically steal the server and actually maintain it - he might find a good place to host. The only issue is that Latin American and specifically Bolivia's internet infrastructure is pretty awful with traffic that originates and travels out of Bolivia. The underwater cable infrastucture to/from Latin America isn't as developed and fast as the European/American cable infrastructure by a long shot. The ping and download speed would easily take way too long to ever be practical, especially for a big website like Kiwifarms. If Josh was hosting a basic website that was mostly text, it wouldn't be an issue, but Josh wants kiwifarms to be a multimedia repertory.
Here's an article about the newly installed fiber lines:
The country has until now relied on leasing international connectivity from wholesale data carriers in Chile and Peru.

The cost would also increase dramatically to host the site since Bolivia is relatively expensive for internet compared to the average salary.
Average prices of more than 40 products and services in Bolivia. Prices of restaurants, food, transportation, utilities and housing are included.

Average monthly salary after taxes: 3611 Bolivian Boliviano - About $520 bucks
Average monthly cable internet cost: 428 Bolivian Boliviano - About $60 bucks
Yea, bandwidth would be way more expensive in Bolivia and the service would be shittier to almost the whole userbase besides those in South America.
Poland has extreme anti-nazism laws and is part of the EU, so add on GDPR as well. Kiwifarms pre-trump/pol/wignats could possibly be hosted, but this current iteration would have Josh sent to prison for Nazi propaganda. Josh is not one, but a wignat
@SIGSEGV would have the authorities visiting Josh's door to take him to court.
Finland has extreme anti-nazism laws as well and is part of the EU, so add on GDPR as well. Finland is becoming very pro-lgbt and has cracked down heavily on anything dealing with the far-right over the years.
Netherlands isn't as extreme in anti-nazism laws(they still will prosecute far-right beliefs though) and is part of the EU, so add on GDPR as well. Netherlands though does have laws about defamation of groups and inciting violence even to inanimate objects(I'm serious. So you can't say "in minecraft" like you can in the states. )
Are refugee activists getting punished for incendiary rhetoric more than right-wingers are?
