"over Signal", this is in reference to the encrypted privacy messaging app that Null uses with his inner circle. Null said on KF that he will only allow the people that he trusts the most to send him Signal messages. Null said that if he doesn't really trust someone, he will message them on Telegram instead of Signal. Signal was thus the most personal comm app for Null, reserved only for his inner circle.
