I would assume for tortious interference. Liz went out of her way to damage Kiwifarms monetarily.
He's been warned against doing so repeatedly. There's no doubt in anyone's mind that Liz Fong-Jones is involved in a cybercriminal conspiracy with the rest of #DropKiwiFarms to enable cybercrimes against KF. However, LFJ is a rich troon who has way more money than Null does. If Liz Fong-Jones pulls a Keffals and fundraises amongst the TRAs then LFJ will have even more money, as his fellow TRAs will be more than happy to donate money towards helping LFJ fight off a KF lolsuit. Null has a better chance suing European ISPs or backbones under net neutrality laws into letting him back on than he does suing Liz Fong-Jones.
IMO the only reason for him to sue LFJ is to perform discovery and thus uncover the cybercriminal conspiracy aspect of #DropKiwiFarms. We know that Keffals and Ellen Murray were in touch with the hackers carrying out the DDoS attacks because they admitted so on Twitter. Ellen Murray also shared details of the nature of these DDoS attacks that he could've only gotten if he was in touch with those carrying them out. They later deleted those tweets to cover up, but by then the tweets had already been cross-posted to KF. If Null sues LFJ and is able to get his e-mails and DMs with the larger #DropKiwiFarms conspiracy, it would be trivial for him to show malicious and criminal intent on #DropKiwiFarms' part. That would allow Null to win in the court of public opinion. It wouldn't get his access restored though, which is why I think it's better to go after ISPs and backbones, especially in the EU where there are actual laws obliging ISPs to uphold net neutrality.
Null has been warned by Rekieta that the bar for that is very high and that he's unlikely to meet it.
The amount of money we're talking about here isn't enough for the courts to care and if it was a large amount it would contradict him that he doesn't make much money from Kiwifarms. Josh would've sued Vordrak many years ago if this legal battle held any merit. I suspect this his last resort so he can say "I did everything I could. I bid you all farewell and thanks for the fish."

Null hates Grave of the Fireflies because it shows a toddler pissing. It's actually movie about two kids during bombing raids trying to survive in nature against all odds while stealing food from bombed houses - hence why they show a toddler pissing, because these kids have no roof over their heads and have no access to a toilet. All Null remembers is a scene of a pissing toddler, and that alone makes it a pedo movie in his mind. Not a movie about the tragedy of war. Nope, a movie where the only purpose of that particular scene is for pedos to get off. I too have seen that feature animation, and I literally didn't even remember the scene of the pissing toddler until Null mentioned it to give his own regressive interpretation of it. All I remember of that movie were the bombing scenes and the death scenes. Really tells you where our respective focus lies.
