In 2026, the Kiwi Farms has been facing the following threats:
- Expenses exceeding revenue.
- Child pornography spam by David Hoffman.
- DDoS attacks by Satellite DDoS, which is now being sold as a service ('booters') that Elaine Miller and associates of NVE terrorists are paying for.
- Liz Fong-Jones is continuing to try and deplatform us. #EndKiwiFarms is now rebranded as a 501(c)(3) called "End Networked Harassment". Deplatforming makes DDoS attacks cheaper and easier for criminals.
- Liz Fong-Jones using the DMCA to try and mass-dox users criticizing his consent accident, so that people are less likely to donate, impacting #1.
Point-by-point.
We're routinely between 700 and 800 monthly supporters. This exceeds the 600 supporter minimum that I stated would be the bare minimum I absolutely needed to continue running the site into 2027. I am extremely appreciative of everyone who has bothered to go through the annoying process of sending physical checks in the mail. I appreciate the European users who have set up SEPA transfers. I also appreciate those who have donated crypto and continue to manually do so on a monthly basis.
With this support making the forum my primary income source again, I have focused on adding new features that benefit everyone. I am still working on a new search rewrite and have significant hardware to help with this now. It's being delayed because of other problems.
Our financial strength has afforded me immense operational flexibility with the subsequent problems. If this did not exist we would have been obliterated this year.
Leto started spamming the site with child porn in late 2025. This put me into direct contact with many interesting people who have been trying to pin him down. At this point I am convinced that Leto is protected by the federal government. I don't know how he's providing enough value to the federal government that they are going to just let him blast child pornography all over the Internet, but based on the complete lack of interest that the feds have in investigating him, I am convinced of it. I have been in the ear of multiple federal agents about this person and nothing has happened as a consequence, except he stopped.
Discussions with 4chan's administration led to us implementing, via Tartarus, a captcha that uses security from Spur. Spur is a very strange and honestly kind of terrifying security company that can identify residential VPNs. The implementation of Spur, in conjunction with simpler tactics shut as turning off registrations for a time, has stopped Leto from spamming the Kiwi Farms. He is still interested in spamming 4chan but they've also implemented Spur. (+ I am pretty sure that the amount of noise made about him has caused his handlers to ask him to find easier targets, which he has.)
Spur will remain a part of Tartarus and be offered as part of
USIPS's non-profit mission when I am able to start offering protection to sites other than my own.
Elaine Miller and her friends of pedophiles, child sextortionists, swatters, and other retards is probably one of the darkest parts of the entire site. There's so little fun or merriment to be had in watching this mentally handicapped woman help groom children for pedophiles who pay for bullshit like DDoS attacks on her behalf.
Early this year, a very big DDoS provider called Satellite DDoS hit us with an absolutely historic >8Tbps attack. If this was any other website it would have made record books and we'd have been offered enterprise security from Cloudflare and Google. This is the Kiwi Farms, of course, so none of that happened. Instead we literally just asked the guy to stop attacking us and he agreed because he didn't know we had been banned from everything.
However, Mr. Satellite likes money, and he now resells his botnet. Resellers offer what are called 'booters', which is a way to buy a small chunk of the botnet, for limited times, for very little money. Something like 80 euros a month can afford 3 hours of continuous attack traffic up to ~500Gbps.
So basically: Elaine helps produce child pornography -> Elaine gives it to her pedo friends -> they work at Subway or whatever and can buy crypto to pay for booters -> we get attacked -> we go down because we don't have DDoS mitigation.
Much of the last month has involved me being on the phone with anyone who will take my calls. I am trying to buy
DDoS mitigation for USIPS, as part of the
USIPS mission statement. I've been quoted as little as $400/mo for 4Tbps of DDoS mitigation and as much as >$20,000/mo for Akemai Prolexic and Tencent. Radware quoted us $5000/mo but suits shut the deal down. Path Networks,
despite their history with us, suddenly offered us a $3750/mo for 500Gbps deal. Psychz offered us 500Gbps for $2000/mo. I'm trying to cobble together an anycast with multiple providers so there's no single point of failure that can drop us. That's important because ...
Liz Fong-Jones literally put #EndKiwiFarms on his LinkedIn. This is very embarrassing because you might have noticed the Kiwi Farms is still up. Not a good look when you're the CEO of #Something and #Something hasn't happened. So he rebranded and incorporated it into a non-profit to rival USIPS: End Networked Harassment. This still operates.
He has a Discord full of bots that are continuously pinging our infrastructure. If a new IP goes up, his bots look into it, and his gimps file AI-generated complaints with the usual bullshit. This included a very fun complaint to the extremely important nonprofit organization ARIN saying USIPS was misusing a /24 subnet (IP addresses), because he really hates it when I control network infrastructure. That complaint was dealt with. Our current situation is more stable but I need to harden it.
His complaints feel less energetic and more routine. I feel like I'm fishing. I've worn the fish out. It thrashes but out of instinct and not out of tactic. My arms are tired but I will pull the fish ashore. I will humanely kill the fish. I will eat it. Pan fried. With a squeeze of lemon.
The
Kiwi Farms sued Liz Fong-Jones this year. We raised over $100,000 into a trust which had some leftover money from the last litigation crowdfund we did a few years ago.
LFJ's response was to use the DMCA to try and dox everyone. These users were able to retain celebrity 1A attorney, Marc Randazza. He is representing them.
LFJ's follow-up to realizing he wasn't going to get free dox for a bunch of users was to try and sue me + 10 anonymous users personally.
His filings are erratic and unprofessional. He has asked for a 30-day stay of the case which we accepted. We are currently in this stay.

Any of these problems for a regular website would be cataclysmic, historic, news-worthy, etc. It happens to us, so not many people care. It happens at all once, and still nobody gives a shit. I am under immense pressure. I am trying to solve multiple impossible problems by myself.* I feel it in my joints in the morning. It is not fun to be me.
* The 700+ supporters make this at all possible. Without it we would just be dead. Additionally, I want to acknowledge that @dumbledore is an extremely resourceful person and we'd probably have been fucked years ago without his insights. I'm being vague intentionally. I'd also like to thank the various people who document and track the not-fun-to-deal-with pedophiles like Elaine Miller and her friends (watchers are @Sprate Header, @notorietus, others). I would not have the stomach or mental bandwidth to deal with these people by myself. They are making a difference and the noose tightens every day.
Maybe there's room for optimism, I don't know. This year I really need to land a couple of fucking massive lucky home runs.
