Announcement Highlighting Feature is now finished

Our custom highlighting feature is now finished and installed. We can control the thickness of the highlight, the color of the highlight. You can move from highlighted posts from previous highlighted posts to the next highlighted post. Both Moderators and Administrators will be able to highlight and un-highlight.
