13-year old boy seriously injured after falling from carnival ride in Pangasinan

URDANETA CITY, Pangasinan — A 13-year old boy suffered serious injuries when he fell from an amusement fairy swing ride in an amusement park in Brgy. Nancayasan on Tuesday evening, Nov 1.


A belated report from police said the victim (name withheld for being a minor) is a resident of Zone 1, Brgy. Palina West, Urdaneta City.


The victim rode at the fairy swing ride and while it was spinning, he accidentally fell.


The boy sustained injuries and was brought to Urdaneta District Hospital.


Hours later, the boy was transferred to Regional 1 Medical Center, Dagupan City, Pangasinan due to his serious injuries and still under observation.


Col. Jeff Fanged, officer in charge of Pangasinan Police Provincial Police Office ordered the Philippine National Police Urdaneta to investigate the incident.
