i marketed my site as a "shroom alternative for schlog oldfags" and half of the one's who joined were pedos i had to ban

Real schlog patriots are few and far between sadly
Only me and @Iberius were the only ones to side with the schlog (I reject the nuschlog label) and never shroom, but of the guys who did stick with us they ended up with not much as the site went down and us jannies fled into onion refuge (healing our wounds and waiting for the day)
We get some pedo niggas here because ken is sleepy and they dont do anything rulebreaking here, plus many former schloggers are already integrated into the shroom, plus nusoiARYANS are content with the boorum.
Also there arent many of us so the pedo guys stick out like sore arms

the shroom evolved more or less into a janny cord for the admins and booru namefags
now that the boorum exists it's in this kind of state of limbo and it just feels hollow

Agreed, the energy felt weird from what I've heard from others, plus Froot's clitty leaking precedent likely means that there wont be another dedicated soy forum site under quotecord affiliation. Sucks because I never really liked splinters but the presale schlog was the best of both worlds. It gave us a bit of an ivory tower, sure, but it also gave a voluntary third space for wordcely soypatriots to cultivate their interests. If I owned quotecord, I'd have the boorum AND revive the schlog via the archive just to maintain a voluntary space of group separation, the spammers and shitflingers from the wordswordswords. Or I'd have never gone through with the boorum. Oh well, times change.
