DAVIDO IN DEBT

Recently, the Nigerian Afrobeats Superstar, David Adeleke, also known as Davido has been accused of failing to settle a debt. Blessing CEO's boyfriend, popularly known as a Nigerian car dealer, IVD Autos, had revealed that Davido still owes him a total of 5.5 million Naira for a car he purchased last year.

However, in 2023, it was recalled that Blessing CEO had called out Davido, accusing him of owing a debt, but IVD denied the claim, stating that Davido had cleared the payment, apologizing for not providing feedback after addressing the full details of the deal. But surprisingly, in an audio recording online, IVD demanded a balance for the debt of 5.5 million Naira for a Venza 2021 car Davido bought for his aide- Israel DMW.

He said Davido made a down payment of 1 million Naira but never balanced it up, despite his constant reaching out upon which Davido always asked for his account number but never paid up.

Fans had taken to the comment section to defend Davido, stating that IVD is only jealous and that Davido is too wealthy to owe such debt.
