Note: I'm a believer that Ciara isn't behind the twitter account. Her bf would make some sense if it's for revenge but I don't believe that either. Right now it seems more likely to be another woman running the accounts.

The tiktok that was imhollywoodblake with 5 followers and was following 13 people is now chianne_tracks with 455 followers and isn't following anyone.
Southernpuppygirl's reddit was suspended and they made a new account under Imhollywoodblake. They say they owned R/MasturbationGoneWild. I then found a connection between imhollywoodblake and Ciara. Looks like they commented her real name under nsfw reddit posts. I'm assuming they did this to get Ciara's attention while also announcing their name to their followers.
It looks like southernpuppygirl is involved in beastiality themselves. There were multiple pictures attached to their username and some are with a black dog. As far as I know Ciara doesn't own a black dog, maybe the small fluffy one in the red ridinghood pics but I'm pretty sure that's a girl dog and the hair is very long which doesn't match the new video Aknottyprincess shared. Aknottyprincess did post a picture with a small black dog but her hair was pink and the skin tone does not match Ciara at all. A reddit verification from southernpuppygirl and the picture of aknottyprincess with the black dog have a similar skin tone.
Someone named PurpleVixen on reddit put two and two together and was able to recognize southernpuppygirl from another verification picture but under a different username; 18yowhitegirl. Here are all of their imgur posts and their profile.

18yowhitegirl mentions that she did have an old account that had taboo content and she accepts google play cards. Somewhere, aknottyprincess said she will take gift cards and to my knowledge, when Ciara was making content she never accepted gift cards. Her linktree before it was deleted mentioned all forms of payment and never a gift card. 18yowhitegirl listed her email as Aimeelynn1999@gmail.com. "Lynn" is in the email and in their facebook "Lynn Terra Smith".
