On May 1, 2023 Chris was spotted at a Walmart in Midlothian, VA, a suburb west of Richmond located in Chesterfield County. On the same day, a Reddit user posted a thread with a photo of Chris, claiming that a friend had sent the picture. On Twitter, more photos were posted. Another Reddit user, Alternative_Roof1940, subsequently posted photos of Chris from the security cameras at the Walmart.

I marvel at how this freak of mankind manages to avoid getting beat to death for annoying the wrong person, run over by a car for wandering out into the street again, or jailed for being a literal mother fucker. Now he's kept at taxpayer expense. He ain't failing upwards but damned if he doesn't have some kind of immunity from consequences. FML.

According to this section of the CWCki page on post jail sightings, Battlegrounds had to private their Facebook page because of this one appearance. It's suggested that it's the weens, because it always seems to be them anyway.

On the one hand, it seems like there's a push to integrate some semi-proper societal exposure into Chris's life, but on the other, they all know (or should know) what Chris has done. I suppose we'll have to see if Battlegrounds allows Chris back after this experience.
