I don't understand why you insist on having a tier system for lolcows. If people want to discuss someone, they will, if they don't want to they won't. It doesn't matter if they're a public figure, celebrity or just some nobody.

A very valid inquiry. Celebrities have been through the mill. They are "kiwifarmed" everyday in a manner of speaking. A celebrity such as Justin Bieber can withstand the KF's pervasive eye. An ordinary person may well go into DFE mode. My theory is the higher up you go on the scale, the more accustomed you are to being in the public spotlight.
The best lolcows respond to their threads.

I will be creating a second forum which will have the country and political stuff. This will be on a separate domain altogether. People have expressed concern that political stuff has the potential to ruin the forum so I don't want to risk it.
