I know exactly what cwc is going to say. He is simply going to have a meltdown. What I am working on will not have anything to do with CWC. What I am working on is not canon.

We need a primary central figure or figures to build the forum around. I would recommend a small group of people from the celebritysphere with strong lolcow traits and from the Cowsphere as well. They should have three outstanding qualities: First: They need a significantly large following on social media. Second: They need a crossover with a lot of other people of interest. Third they need a strong lolcow personality. I would recommend this primary group be composed of 3 to 5 people so we always have a continuous supply of milk as well as enough variety to keep the content fresh and interesting. Kiwifarms was successful because it was originally built around Chris Chan. Now there are five figures in "Lolcow Cults" and one figure on "Lolcow Farms". Any ideas on who would fit the bill would be welcome.

I want to work on the public navigation so that I will have a tab for daily milk or buzz. I will probably come up with an RSS feed. More on this shortly.

I am going to start a section called the Shadow forum. Basically the Shadow Forum won't have any posts, instead it will consist of pages which will have embedded social media accounts of the people and entities that we are interested in. These embedded social media accounts are direct feeds such as Twitter or through a third party subscription application which I currently use. These feeds will provide us with continuous updates. This forum will be at the very bottom so it will not get in the way of the posting forums. Like posts, you can have pages and sub-pages.
