The pathetic thing is that it's 100% proven that he wasn't in either of those states; he was living in Florida at the time because he was still in contact with the kid when I doxed him with the GPS info in a picture he took with his phone. That's how I found the motel he was living in in Florida so even his peak cope of "well yeah but it wasn't illegal haha because state laws" doesn't hold water.
