I try to shower at least once every three or four days, in the past I showered at least once sometimes twice a day but then depression shit and I just don't bother as much especially since it's not like I do much to begin with to get dirty.

Idk whenever I go out I'm told I smell nice I use a lot of skin care products and I have an array collection of different scents since for some reason I just like having a list of products for my skin and hair and body, I always have a honey almond vanilla spray for my hair which I brush a few times a day and recently I've been using a pleasant roll on oil perfume that's amber sandal wood scented.

When you shower you're also only supposed to wash your hair with shampoo once or twice a week since you're not supposed to strip the natural oils from your hair. Rose water is also nice for spraying onto your skin if you haven't showered in a few days and is really nice.
