This may come as a surprise to Jersh but most banks reject PO Boxes as a residence address due to federal 'Know Your Customer' laws.
Now I believe you can legally use a PO Box for mail (like instructing your bank to mail your bank-related mail to a PO Box like bank statements and offers and such) but you cannot use a PO Box as your primary residency address.
To my knowledge, the only exceptions to this where you could use a PO Box as your residence address is either if you're homeless and you rely on a community-driven financial program or you're in a witness protection program. Other than that, Americans have to disclose their real address to a bank due to anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering laws.
Elon Musk is not going to help Jersh hide from the feds or hide from the troons just to run Kiwi Farms.
Sorry but it is what it is, no bank or payment processor is going to work with anyone that doesn't want to disclose their true credentials and refuses to comply with federal law here.

I've said it before here in the Kiwi Farms thread and I'll say it here.
If there is anyone to blame as to why this shit has happened, well blame the government.
Blame the states for neglecting their cybersecurity for their important databases and blame the state lawmakers for pushing for retarded ID age verification laws for the Internet that put their own residents in grave danger (these ID age verification laws do not protect children, these retarded ID laws instead put residents (including children) in said states at the mercy of cybercriminals and pariah states like Russia and Iran and North Korea where these threat actors will use this data on U.S. citizens as they see fit for nefarious reasons).
These really stupid boomers in power simply don't have the right to dictate Internet and tech policy because they have no idea how the tech even works to begin with. These really stupid boomers in power are the only ones at fault here and they only have no one but themselves to blame for this royal fuck up. These same arrogant boomers in power demand people to hand over their IDs to access parts of the Internet; well it begs the question how can we trust what the people in power say if they are unable to guard the data of American citizens to begin with?
The cybercriminals behind this hack have given the State of Florida an ultimatum where either the State of Florida pays the random demanded by the cybercriminals and the data will not be leaked or if the State of Florida doesn't pay up then the cybercriminals will leak everything. The State of Florida has to decide because the cybercriminals behind this are giving the State of Florida until September 11th of this year for a decision; whether the State of Florida agrees to the demands of the cybsercriminals to pay up or they let the train get derailed, either way the State of Florida is most likely going to have their own personal 9/11 very soon.
