If Josh loses that copyright case suit (can't quash the subpoena) then he's going to be forced to turn over KF users' private data to LFJ, who will take that IP data and strong-arm the users' ISPs (via court-ordered subpoena) to doxx them and get those names and addresses. KF is turning out to be one big honeypot where you give over your financial info to paypig Josh and then he turns it over to feds or leftist trannies who doxx you and ruin your life.
Josh knows that paypigs are more vulnerable to having their lives ruined through paying him money than your normal non-paypig that just use his site. So now he's trying to give paypigs tighter OPSEC/security by not keeping IP logs for the paypigs. Here's the deal though. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. He's under an active subpoena by a court through LFJ. So he cannot be deleting IP logs of his paypigs or even changing his policy on keeping IP data now. Josh may have just given LFJ the W. If I was LFJ's lawyers, I might be getting excited right now. Am I wrong? Thoughts?

I don't know how you conclude that he should be fine when he effectively stated that paying into a yellow T&H has this benefit:

The cat's out of the bag, however. Josh's own admission is that most users are basically signing up with their work accounts and accessing the site on work IP addresses. It's too late now and doing anything to retroactively hide information from the courts is akin to what Destiny did quite recently when he scrubbed evidence that was relevant to his court case.
Josh is basically admitting to a willingness to commit spoliation. His black judge aside, he is fucking himself by his own hand.

It should be worth noting that anti-doxing laws and consumer privacy laws similar to the GDPR do exist in the United States (at least on a state level).
Many of the red and blue states have since passed laws that criminalize doxing along with legislating stronger consumer privacy laws that require said data brokers to take down sensitive information.
I'm no lawyer but I'm sure Jersh is violating at least one of these laws in any of these said states anyway.

Youtube for much of its history has always added features that no one asked for and sometimes being as invasive as this along with removing features everyone liked (from forcing people to use Google+ where no one asked for this back then, to removing beloved features like the now defunct Five Star rating system, and Google adding their invasive tracking algorithms being part of the Youtube ecosystem).
Youtube has been ass for many years and at this point it should surprise no one anymore whenever they do shit like this now.
