The entire d&d archive is located online and easily printable it's not like the new additions are really worth it anywaysAs someone who enjoys DND, I agree. Just a single set is all that is needed. Maybe 2 if you want an extra set to let someone new who doesn't have any to play but that is pushing it because you can just share your only set. If you lose one just get a single replacement. You don't even need the mini figures because you can just use anything as a place holder like a boardgame piece from monopoly. You can just draw your own setting maps too.
Just because you don't have friends to play it with doesn't mean you gotta shit on the hobby.

That's because your bug wife doesn't let you have friends and you flunked out of math class.
Wait till you find out it's basically the same as gambling and you can actually make money from it by getting the whale nerds to invest real money in your games. Dms can make money like a one man casino. Similar brain chemical release from getting a win in a card game or slot machine for many people causing addiction. Easy money plus if you get popular you can stream the games and people will watch it like critical roll and aventris. You don't need to invest anything into it either if it's not in person and over voice calls.I didn't flunk out of math, I just don't use math to fight a make believe dragon after I roll an 18 sided die.
And my bug wife is my friend, I can't help that we like being around each other.

The funny thing pay to win DND actually happens sometimes and it's just so stupid that they basically deserve it at that point.

It's not that complicated anymore. They simplified it a lot with more recent editions. You could probably do it pretty quick and have some extra money for drinking and stuff.I wonder how quickly I could learn the game and then hustle people
