I'm conflicted. I think it can be a genuinely thoughtful gesture of goodwill towards his user base, which is his lifeblood. However, I still think he's doing it for self-serving motivations, and it's a hollow gesture considering he's banned so many users who were well-respected within the community over petty, childish reasons.
