Why do you think it's a good idea to potentially expose children to the spotlight that comes with being associated with you and Onion Farms? No one's going to use the other forum for anything but a graffiti wall but still, if things were going to work as you imagine them it'd be strange for you to want to have children around. Couldn't cut it with the zoomers, time to try being Uncle Ken to Gen Alpha?

What are some of the potential gains you're hoping to achieve? Just so that way I'm able to better follow along.
I want to have a more positive and mainstream face to the general public. We won't make it as a uni-dimensional lolcow forum.
Rebranding is difficult, especially when our limited footprint is mired by numerous contrivances.

The question was why you think it's a good idea to allow children, especially in such a troll heavy environment. With people like the Foodists and 764 splinters floating around, it seems like a very poor idea with a very low ROI.
Kengle has been running in a sperg loop about this muh other forum for years now. How is this attempt going to be any different in your opinion?

We are not turning this into a kiddie site. It is the .online forum that is the general public site. According to x.com statistics the second largest group of users are 18 to 24 years of age. Users under 18 are estimated at about 2.4% of x.com users. About 10% of x.com users are 50 and over.

What you're not understanding is the people who come for this forum will absolutely be who is using the other forum. There is absolutely zero way you can safely allow minors. Take your meds dude. Imagine someone other than me is telling you how bad of an idea this is
