It's not that the DMCA is a legal liability, but that Josh knew full well he was hosting copyrighted material, mocked Greer for it, dared Greer to sue him about it, then claims that his hosting of copyrighted material is somehow "fair use." The courts determined that Josh is facilitating copyright infringement and encouraging his users to do the same (which he very well does) due to his very conduct.

Average kiwifarmers don't understand Fair use. Fair use is a defense you try to use in court that they have to decide whether or not if it's applicable. Not just some blanket claim people can make to keep from getting sued. People misunderstand what the term actually means all the time. You can try to use it as a defense in court but they ultimately decide if it applies or not. Plus many countries like Japan don't have that as a legal defense. You also wouldn't be able to use places like China for violating copyright laws. I am against copyright laws.

The whole point about AI is that the whole reason it's banned is because AI deemed itself greater than humanity, and that the emperor himself demands its destruction else a repeat of history. Thus anything that isn't just motors and gears requires a human brain to power, else it's heretical.
Servitors act as human computers that avoid the emperor's decree no machines that think. That's why all the 40k has so many skulls for their machines, it's literally their loophole.
The Adeptus Mechanicus is technically part of the Imperium but their culture is completely different from the Imperium.
They worship the Omnissiah, which yes is the emperor, but they think the Emperor is machine jesus.
And though by the Emperor's own fucking decree AI is some of the most heretical shit you can build, the Adeptus still make AI because they love machines. They love machines so much so they practically flirt with the necrons every day, because it is undeniable they're powerful, the emperor himself had issues fighting AI.
The only reason they're able to do wack shit is that the Adeptus pratically have their own monopoly on all production, of all types, because the Imperium loses knowledge more than it gains so they're allowed to do wacky shit. Awfully suspicious he actively seems out all the weird porn threads while claiming to be against it. He should just admit that shit either turns him on or makes him laugh already. And quit his ban porn larp because I don't believe for a second he actually wants that to happen. It would ruin most of his larp. These people don't want problems solved they want them to continue to exist to pearl clutch and moralfag about it. They will lose their complain about porn grift if it gets banned because they would be criminals for actively trying to seek it so often.
