But on 3/27/26 he merged them into one LLC operating out of West Virginia. Hmm. What happened this year in March? Lolcow LLC v. Fong-Jones. The case against Kiwi Farms was filed on 3-12-26. And it was terminated on 9-18-26.
I asked AI "Why would someone merge LLC's when they have a court case against their LLC's?" It said it is almost always an attempt to protect assets or obscure financial paper trails. But this stategy doesn't usually work because lawyers are trained to see through this and will usually get your assets one way or another.

One advantage of using a PMB is that some services do not accept a postal forwarding service or PO Box as a valid customer address. Josh found this out recently when he tried to get X's ad revenue for his X account and X would not accept him plugging in one of his PO Boxes he loves to hide behind.
I take that PMB address and plug it into a search engine. There is a Reddit page where a man is asking Reddit for help because he needs to give out a physical address to the court because he's suing somebody from a foreign country, but he cannot use a PO box for the court. But he cannot give his real physical address because he's scared of the other party getting his personal information and doxxing him.
Now, this is 4 years ago. So I'm assuming it was in 2022. Josh was indeed in a foreign country at this time. Josh is always inundated with lawsuits. But did he have a lawsuit with someone at this time like Russel Greer or LFJ or someone else? The person is asked how they filed a lawsuit without an address in the first place. They respond that they've been using their lawyer's address up until now. Matt Hardin? Is it you, Joshy? The person is also asked "How do you get harassed from another country?" And the Redditor gives a very paranoid response about how he can be doxxed and people can mess with him and make deliveries to his address if it gets out to the other party. Or the other party can send people into his foreign country to harass him. This is extremely Josh-coded.
This Redditor ("tan-orangutan" is his account name) has a couple other posts on Reddit. In one, he posts pictures of his hairy leg asking Reddit if it's a tick bite. Because he got it while sitting on a park bench with his wife. And he notes that "We're in Europe at the moment and ticks are everywhere." Lol. Is it Josh and Lidl Drip? Unfortunately, you can't glean much from the shitty pictures. It's just a standard white man's hairy leg. It could be Josh. Could not be. If it was a brown leg, that would rule it out that this was not Josh on Reddit but it's not. So it could still be Josh.

There is another post where the Redditor is trying to figure out how a website he visited, correctly identified the city he was currently in. The website was "secretwitness.com/report." So this person was trying to look into reporting a crime or giving a tip. Hmm. Josh is quite the snitch. He's always trying to tip off authorities on all his enemies like LFJ or Keffals. And to try to get them in trouble. This behavior is not an isolated incident. It's a key personality characteristic of Josh to run to authorities to try to hurt his enemies. We've seen him cry to Rumble executives to try to force them to get rid of Path.net and Zoom's influence. We've seen him call the police on people (Mr. Obvious) like a Karen and try to get police to investigate them and take their guns away. He false-flags accounts that make fun of him to get them shut down like Kampung/Yeop.
Anyway, the Redditor realized his browser had autofilled the information that had his current city and that's why the tip reporting website filled it in. This Redditor was in r/privacy, r/DiagnoseMe, and r/TheRedPill. That last one seems less likely to be Josh since he's a male feminist bitch. But it could be that he was hate-viewing that subreddit or looking for embarassing Reddit posts that he could include as a segment on his shitty podcast to ragebait people. He does have a Reddit segment on his podcast so we know he 100% browses Reddit looking for stuff.
Is this Josh? It's not clear. If it's not, it would have to be a White man that is also using the same shady PMB (private message box) that Josh uses. And this person is terrified of being doxxed and highly paranoid just like Josh. And the person is involved in lawsuits like Josh.
