So what do they look at to jail someone? The age or the physical/mental age of the character? Where does the "100000000018 year old loli" meme fall?

Laws that are too broad like these do end up getting challenged in the federal court system though.

To be honest, this wouldn't be the first time Texas passed laws that got struck down later on because they're too stupid to realize how the Bill of Rights actually works (like when Texas tried to restrict public drag queen shows and then a federal judge struck parts of that down not too long after or when the Texas state legislature recently tried to ban speech criticizing the leadership for the Texas state legislature and that recently got struck down in the courts as well).

So this to me seems like another Supreme Court case in the making. Remember, the Free Speech Coalition v. Ashcroft (2002) ruling is still standing Supreme Court precedent (it's the ruling that stated that fictional depictions of child sexual abuse are protected speech). So I can imagine that civil rights groups like the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, the Free Speech Coalition, and possibly the ACLU and NetChoice may file lawsuit against the state of Texas to challenge this law.

I'm aware of the Protect Act of 2003 which (objectively speaking) parts of that also has dogshit legislation where that's also way too broad in regards of what is seen as obscenity. But that law was written back when the Religious Right had more power and how social attitudes were like back then and anime and manga were still seen as niche forms of entertainment (stuff like Dragon Ball and Pokemon were popular back in the day but they were an exception since Western media still dominated American entertainment distributors back then). Japanese entertainment is no longer this niche form of entertainment anymore as it has gone mainstream, the cat is out of the bag and Japanese media is now a world wide sensation that may also end up challenging laws in other countries as far as free speech goes.

It's like how way back in the day Germany banned the video game Doom for being "too realistic" (this was during the anti-video game moral panic of the 1990's) only for the game to get unbanned by the early-2010's when the game was compared to games like GTA 4 at the time and argued that it's silly to ban a game with outdated MS-DOS graphics when a modern game like GTA 4 can continue being legally sold in Germany (so the German government unbanned Doom because that embarrassed Germany at the time).

Honestly, this may actually be the worst thing to happen to Kiwi Farms and may not be the victory they are hoping for.

If you remember the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization ruling (2022), that ruling overturned Roe v. Wade and it was in regards to a right to an abortion. Roe v. Wade was always dogshit legislation because nowhere in the Constitution does it grant a person a right to privacy as far as medical manners go. So the conservatives got smart for once and realized that to overturn Roe v. Wade then they have to put aside their Bibles for once and to fight against it in a secular and objective manner by arguing that Roe v. Wade is unconstitutional because nowhere in the Constitution granted privacy for medical manners rather than calling it immoral like they used to do (Bible thumping did not help the Right to overturn Roe v. Wade in their previous attempts). What do I think about the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade? I think the Supreme Court ruled correctly in overturning Roe v. Wade because Roe v. Wade was always dogshit legislation (even the late liberal SCOTUS justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg acknowledged how Roe v. Wade was dogshit due to its unstable legal foundation to stay as a SCOTUS precedent any longer). The issue of abortion should have been an issue for Congress to tackle, not the Supreme Court at the time in how they ruled back in 1973.

Do you see where I'm getting at here? While obscenity (as established by both the Miller test and the Dost test) are not protected speech, what may come out of this is seeing the Supreme Court possibly nuking outdated obscenity laws and possibly adopt new strict scrutiny standards for both the Miller test and the Dost test in order to prevent further abuse by the legal system. So stuff like lolicon and shotacon may no longer be in a legal gray area anymore and they may become fully protected speech from that point on should this issue return back to the Supreme Court after roughly 20 years later.

I don't know about conspiracies but I do know this, I think this 2nd Trump administration will severely disappoint the Rightoids and much of what the Rightoids may achieve in this administration may likely end up get reversed by the time Trump is finished with his second term and I get the feeling Kiwi Farms will be burned out by the time this is over.

So when it comes to Trump, as far as social issues are concerned he is winning a lot in this. But holy shit Trump is a monumental retard when it comes to economics and geopolitics and this may end up damaging Trump and possibly sink the conservative moment as a whole and his achievements when it comes to social issues will likely be in vain.

So for any ideology to survive then people ask themselves, is their life better than it was before? If the answer is 'Yes' then the ideology lives but if the answer is 'No' then there is no future for that ideology anymore.

We are around in the first two months of Trump's second term and the honeymoon phase is quickly fading away.

Let's start with the economy:

Trump isn't really doing anything to generate more GDP or jobs for the American economy. Instead, Trump's idiotic economic protectionist polices (like his retarded tariffs on America's allies) has done him very little favors. I can understand imposing tariffs on a country like China or Venezuela but when you impose tariffs on countries like several EU member states, putting tariffs on countries like Canada and Australia and the UK, putting tariffs on India, and wanting to put tariffs on Taiwan is pants on head retarded.

Any economist worth their salt is going to tell you straight up that tariffs are an idiot tax on importers and consumers that only stagnates free trade and hinders job growth because many will be hesitant to start a new business or innovate when prices for said goods and services are way too high. Tariffs won't really help inflation either and will often likely make it worse. The irony is that the blue states are likely to fare better than the red states because most blue states have the luxury of having several industries under their belt while most of the red states do not have this luxury (states like California or Massachusetts or Illinois will fare better in an economic crisis while states like Georgia or Utah or Tennessee will suffer hard because they don't really have that many industries under their belt). I've spoken with my share of conservatives that are starting to feel about this in regards to Trump's economic polices where even they don't think what Trump is doing makes any sense.

Also Trump's slow and painful response to bird flu isn't helping with egg prices and milk prices either. I know this is sounding like 'muh-eggs' from the Leftoids but people do take note of how much their money is worth at the grocery store.

Even some on the extreme-right are starting to get disillusioned with Trump:

The rightoids thought that Trump was going to be the next bad mustache man because of his immigration policies since most illegal immigration comes from latin america, a lot of them thought Trump was going to make America more white again. However, Trump isn't just deporting latinos because he's also deporting plenty Europeans and white Canadians in the airplane loads as well. One example was how Trump announced he was going to kick out the various Ukrainian refugees out of America as part of his deportation plan. You'd think a "Savior of the White Race" would keep the white people and kick out the browns. Instead, Trump is deporting plenty of whites as well. You can make the argument that they are staying illegally but the legal white people in America don't really want to reproduce anymore so you'd think it makes sense to import more whites from Canada and Europe to "keep the white race alive". So the neo-Nazis and racist Skinheads and other white supremacist groups won't get their white ethnostate either.

It's also to the point where even some people that stuck with Trump since day one have officially become disillusioned with him. One notable example is Nick Fuentes where he went on a big rant not too long ago where he compared Trump to Jar Jar Binks from Star Wars because even he's starting to realize that the Leftoids may be right about Trump being a dumbass (especially after the cringeworthy Tesla car show stunt at the White House).

1. They were one of the first to bring Japanese pop culture to have an Internet presence long before it went mainstream.

2. They gave birth to the 'Pool's Closed' meme back when they used to fuck with Habbo Hotel when that was relevant.

3. They discovered Chris-Chan and immortalized him long before Kiwi Farms even existed.

4. They've sent Oprah Winfrey the now infamous 'Over 9000 Penises' letter where she read the letter out loud on live television and the letter claimed that Over 9000 pedophiles are coming for kids when this was actually a troll and a perfect example of Poe's Law (which states that when a parody or joke seems so absurd that people may mistake a parody or joke for the real thing, think of those satire articles from The Onion).

5. They were responsible for 'The Fappening' where an anon managed to obtain never before seen nudes of various Hollywood celebrities and leaked them on 4chan.

6. Rage Comics, Wojaks and Soyjaks, Pepe the Frog, and Rickrolling all came from 4chan (I don't see Kiwi Farms making their own original memes).

7. Internet lore like the SCP Foundation (an online science fiction and supernatural series) originated from 4chan.

8. One time Tumblr declared war on 4chan and 4chan won (if Tumblr failed then Kiwi Farms has no chance either).

9. They made My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic into a media sensation back in the 2010's for the lulz.

10. They collected intel for the Russian military and then gave this intel to Russia and then Putin ordered a missle strike on an ISIS base in Syria (this actually happned, 4chan helped both America and Russia take out ISIS during the peak of the Syrian Civil War).

11. They memed Donald Trump into the presdiency during 2015 through 2016.

12. They played the world's largest game of 'Capture the Flag' with Shia LeBeouf using the constellations in the night sky and airplane chemtrails.

13. They once psyoped American news media by tricking them into thinking the OK gesture (a common hand gesture used to show satisfaction with something) is a "white supremacist" symbol (4chan was trying to prove a point that news media will fall for any bullshit and it worked because at the time news media unironically believed the OK hand gesture was a white supremacist dog whistle).

14. Most recently they gave birth to the Backrooms meme which is a nod to when the 4chan anons were creating the SCP Foundation.

Fate is also lolicon bait. Some of the most popular characters from the Fate series are loli characters that are often the favorite subject of Rule 34 artists from what I've heard. I'm not a fan of the Fate series myself but I've heard a lot of wild stuff about it (I've heard there is even an official lesbian anime OVA of some of the loli Fate characters based on what people told me).
