I really loved Sailor Moon when I was a teenager. It is one of the few anime I bought in hard copy. I don't really like the reimagining that people do with Chibimoon being "loli" because it was a lot more complicated than that.
On the other hand, I've encountered some pretty disgusting people (who are very obviously into kids) becoming big fans of Sailor Moon to be disgusting. Much like the MLP fandom.

Having an anime pfp to me has always automatically equated with tranny, femboy, fag or nerd in my mind. It makes me literally disregard the opinion of the person, the same way I would if I saw a rainbow, tranny or Ukrainian flag next to their name.
Although I will admit, some of the users on this forum are turning me around on the sexy anime girl pics. But I think that the people on Reddit have ruined anime pfps for me to the point where I would never seriously have one.
