This is like a scene out of family guy or gta 5. His hands were in the air but not for surrendering, it was for celebrating like a fucking cartoon character lmao. He thinks a woman hypnotized him or something and wanted revenge. He drove through a random person's garage door right before this too. He could get decades in prison for this. No one was hurt but they said a cop was out of camera frame and almost got hit. This guy isn't even from Florida, they need to step up their game.

A New Jersey man deliberately drove his SUV into the home of a woman he claims hypnotized him and the offices of a municipal police department last week to a Guns N' Roses song.
