She has actually sued Josh 6 times. She loses every time. She represents herself in court (pro se) and that's the problem. The average person in the street just doesn't know the ins and outs of the law which is why you need a lawyer to represent you. But the thing is she files as a pauper and even after every time she files, Josh has to hire his attorney to fight it and it costs him lawyer's fees in the process. Even Nick Rekieta has blown his cool with this.

What is even funnier on this is Josh's delusion that he can collect thousands of dollars in compensation. that he's entitled to from selling her likeness on a coin or that he's going to cash in on her book sales about crystals.

Wakeup call Joshua: She's in a trailer home on government assistance (?) with a large number of kids. I hate to break this to you Josh, you are in the midst of problems with the coins you are trying to ship out now. Maybe you should not have cancelled my order. As they say, every little bit helps. How is making a new batch of coins with her image on it going to help you? You risk having the same shit with logistics as you do with your present batch of coins.

The second reason Josh is too obvious for words. She's not a celebrity, she doesn't have any celebrity influence. People are not going to know her from a hole in the wall aside from Nick Rekieta, and Kiwifarms. As for her supposed best seller crystal book, there are probably thousands of books or so written by amateur authors hoping to make it big. Ask your buddy Nick Rekieta about raking in the money through literature & creative writing. He got a bachelor's degree in it.

I might have even offered to help mediate this if there would be a benefit to Onionfarms. But since you screamed at me to fuck off and supposedly went to the Warwick Police, oh well, I guess that is pretty much water under the bridge. Have fun. I sure am.
 
It's been said in the other thread about the Scott v. Moon cases, and the more this goes on, the more it's absolutely correct: Null is milking this so he can scream at the T&H crowd to pay up more and more. It's really one of those cases where no matter who wins, we all get to laugh, because it's nothing more than a sped with unwarranted self importance suing another sped with unwarranted self importance. It'll keep going until Melinda gets bored with it or finds another person talking about her online to harass, at which point Null will make yet another enemy out of someone asking for their thread to get taken down or whatever so he can do this legal dance with them and lean even harder on T&H to give him them sweet bux.

This is actually factual. I emailed her a few times and gave my condolences after he shot himself, she said he had worsening depression and trouble finding a job in part because @Karl alleged that he was molesting their children and had killed his infant son who died from SIDS, among other baseless things. He wasn't a good guy by any means but the two psychopaths were hounding him and fabricating horrific crimes he'd done because it was recreational fun to them. They definitely played a role in his suicide and have stated multiple times they're proud of it.

Thanks for letting me know . I feel very bad for Melanie .now before anybody says. I know Melody seems to be a very crazy lady and has a reputation of sorts but still I wouldn’t want something like that to happen to my worst enemies. unless someone can chime in and give me proof that Marshall deserved his fate. it is sad to hear what happened to him. Suicide is a nasty topic and very misunderstood.
