. "It's as if we're stuck in a cycle of complacency, where the convenience and comfort of our "hugbox" - the curated online spaces that shield us from harsh realities - prevent us from confronting the deeper issues that need to be addressed. It's a vicious cycle, where we're more focused on maintaining a sense of security and control than on acknowledging and learning from our past mistakes. I do believe, though, that the harder things get, the more people are going to seek escapism. Being online provides the most comfort in our escape, aside from substance abuse, of course. Unless things become so dire that they can't be ignored, people will likely continue seeking shelter online, seeking out content that comforts and conforms to their views. It's a drawing of a real kid which is harmful to said kid. Hang yourself nigger.
Well, we can always hope. Sometimes things have to get very dire before that happens. Technology shifts things around so that it's easy for us as humans not to accept that our lot in life is simply our fault regardless of what was done to us in the past. That's the problem with having a hugbox. Eventually we'll get there because we have in the past, but there will be many more losses and humiliations for the internet before it occurs.
As for Josh, his ego is so fragile that he can't tolerate anyone being above him or on his level. He surrounds himself with sycophants and yes-men, people who are either too dumb or too intimidated to challenge his authority. It's a calculated move, designed to make him appear smarter and more powerful than he actually is. And if anyone dares to call him out, they're swiftly silenced or ostracized. And honestly we can see this exemplified on KF. People stay there because they need a reason to be online, not because it's so engaging. So they have to stir up shit and treat it like the next coming of Christ in order to go "yeah spending 12 hours in this one thread was totally important."
The current user base of Kiwi Farms seems to be mostly disenfranchised individuals who are bored. As a result, they're prone to stirring up agitation as a way to release their own personal frustrations."
Mr. Beast is the embodiment of everything that's wrong with online culture. He peddles influence like a shady used car salesman masquerading as a philanthropist. I have no doubt that he's morally bankrupt enough to employ pedophiles, sexual deviants, and other unsavory characters, as long as it lines his pockets with cash. In essence, he's the poster child for online influencer culture: soulless, cash-grabbing narcissists who prioritize self-promotion over substance2lazy2try and oompavilla are both channels with decent round ups, that's where I get most of my info. There's also allegations about Mr. Beast himself as well who employed Kris Tyson and has since disowned the tranny for business purposes. It's been confirmed by an employee that Mr. Beast hired a convicted pedophile with a history of child abuse and that he put the guy in at least one video. There's also stuff about unsafe business practices but the hiring of a pedophile and that "everyone knew about" according to a former intern is the really concerning bit. Former intern also claimed that Mr. Beast didn't get rid of Tyson because Tyson supposedly has "black mail" material on him of some kind, which I kind of doubt since birds of a feather flock together and they're pretty chummy.
The internet allows bad people to cluster together. It's not just autists and weirdos out here. Like really does clump to like, Mr. Beast surrounds himself with abusers and then Null is an abuser who recruits and protects other abusers.
